Pain In Left Testicle After Microsurgical Varicocelectomy

Hello, i'm 18 years old. Two months ago I had microsurgical varicocelectomy and cordopexy. I had pain for two/three weeks after surgery when i tried to lift scrotum with my palm. I didn't worry because I thought that it should pain for some time. And now I have pain in my left testicle, precisely only in lower part of left testicle, right in the bottom pole of it near of tale of epididimys. Very rarely it can pain itself, but weakly. Mainly only when I touch and push a little on it. There are no any such symptoms in right testicle, I can push on it a little, and nothing happens  Also pain quiets down quite slowly after touching. Please answer me, what could it be? Is it normal to have any pain in testicle after two months since surgery. I searched for these symptoms in different sources and forums, but didn't find any similar questions.
