Pain in lower back right side and right thigh since past year. Can only be suppressed by painkillers

I am suffering from strange and continuous pain in my lower right back and right thigh since last year and its so severe and continuous that it can only be suppressed by painkillers so I am taking painkillers since last year. My MRI of L spine said mild disc bulge in L3-4 and L4-5 sections. And last week I was doing crunches and a pain different from previous one also started in left lower back which is only felt while leaning forward or backward. When I stretch my right leg to left side as an excercise I feel a stretch not felt while doing this with left leg. Please suggest me something so that I can get rid of this pain.
