Pain in lower back, thirst and frequent urination

Posted , 3 users are following.

Since today I noticed I had this never ending thirst, so by drinking a lot of water I had to urinate a lot. Right know it's night and I woke up 3 times in less than 3 hours to go to the toilet and I noticed my lower back (kidney region) is hurting a little. I'm still thursty all the time, my urine is clear as water and doesn't smell and my back is still hurting. The pain is slowly radiating towards my inguinal region. Anyone who knows what this might be would be very very helpful.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi Simon

Sounds like possible kidney infection . Get a urine test.

    Good luck

It might be kidney-related, it might be high blood sugars, or it could be something else.  We aren't medics on here, Simon, so do get an appointment with your doctor for a thorough examination and blood tests, if only to put your mind at rest.
