Pain in lower left abdomen that gradually shifts toward left testicle

Hi. I’m 18 yrs old and for the last few weeks I get mild pressure, could be almost described as mild pain in my lower left abdomen close to my left pelvic area and the pain gradually shifts towards the left testicle. If I walk during that time and the testicle touches my thighs, I can feel the mild pain. Now this doesn’t just occur out of nowhere. Mostly when I’m cosntipated or just haven’t pooped that day. After which, I would drink water and go to poop which would soothe my pain a bit and then it goes away eventually. The pain doesn’t restrict my movements but I never had such pain before not even when I was very constipated and thus, the cause of my concern. I’m not sexually active and have not experience any trauma or injuries in that area. Any insight would be helpful.
