Pain in my calf 3 weeks after bunion surgery

Bunion and hammer toe surgery went great. No pain afterward. I have followed Dr orders on no weight bearing and keeping elevated. Swelling has been minimal. About 3 days ago my calf has started to ache, almost like a muscle cramp, slightly warm to the touch and a little swelling from the knee down. Just wondering if this is because im not using that leg or possible blood clot? Im starting to freak myself out so any help will be appreciated.
