Pain in neck and back of the head

So,2 days ago my cousin bent my neck up and to the right side. It made popping noise and it really hurt.

Everytime I put it in that position,right part of my neck as well as right part in the back of my head hurts,however that pain is slowly fading away,but new one arises.

When I put my neck down and to the left,the right part on the back of my head hurts.

I am not sure if this is harmful,and if I should visit a doctor. Help?

    Hi,

    Yes see your doctor and ask for a neck xray.

    I wouldn't advise anyone other than a professional messing around with your neck, it could do more harm than good.......
