Pain in neck and muscles. Need help and advice

Hi all I'm at my wits end doctor took me down from maxitram and on till co codomal 15/500 most days I struggle but this evening I have hurt my neck top of spine. I can't turn my head, cough or sneeze everything makes it hurt. I've taking my meds but it's killing me. So I go to a&e or am I jumpin the gun? It doznt feel like "regular" fibro pains if there such a thing. Please help xx

    Hi smc187 Phone nhs 111 explaine everything to them see what they say. where I live in shropshire we have shrop doc I would phone out of hours help line before going to A&E take care

      Thanks kaz I'm freakin out. Went down to the livingroom (I live with parents I'm 24) and my mummy was cryin. She said she was so worried but that's by the by. I'll try the 111 number in Belfas we tend just to use the a&e as it wouldn't as high in demand as I've seen in England. Thank u so so much x

      Fibro throws so many different symptoms at us, its hard to know when its fibro or something else going on. Its always best to speak to gp if unsure about anything, its best to be safe than sorry. Hope your neck has eased hot water bottle will help with pain paracetamol also.     It could be a trapped nerve I had problems like that a few weeks it took 3 weeks to sort itself out I was in agaony. If You like in the Uk ring the nhs help line take care

      That's what I'm thinking it is as my hands and arms are moving but hurting xx

    Can you put a warm hot waterbottle on your pillow and lie with it against your neck. It sounds like you've got a spasm In your neck. Sometimes called a wry neck, incredibly painful but not dangerous. Hope you feel better soon.

      Thanks Deborah did that last nite n took extra painkillers. It's still there but not as bad as last nite. Thanks for ur advice everyone really makes me feel like I'm not alone. 😘Xx
