I have a concerning pain in only my left testicle. The testicle feels a little swollen to the touch. I also feel a tightness on my inner thigh/groin right near there. What could this be?

It doesn't look like a forum where people can diagnose medical issue with a couple sentence description. I would suggest seeing a urologist and get it scanned. Finding the cause early will help achieve easier, less-pain solution.
