Pain in penis after masturbation, Due to have a new stricture performed

Trying to cut a very long story short, I have had many episodes of epididymitis over the last 2 years, I have had an ultra sound on my testicles and they found cysts on both sides but nothing to worry about, I often get a dull ache in my testicles and when this happens I am put on a course of doxycycline which sometimes helps but then the pain comes back, I visited a Urologist earlier this year and had my kidneys scanned, Flow test performed which was poor, Urine sample came back fine and then only top be told by the doctor to pretty much get on with life and just take painkillers! Fast forward some months and I am now suffering with pain in the head of my penis, I am circumcised from birth, The pain starts every time I masturbate, It can last a few days, I don't have any sti, I recently paid to see a private doctor due to the frustration of it all and he performed a prostate examination and that came back fine, He said to me he more than likely that the cause of the pain is the stricture i had a done as a baby needs re doing, He said it doesn't last a life time and once corrected all my pain should go away...Looking for advice and if anyone else has suffered this...
