Pain in penis area, testicles and thighs

Hello all. I’m 29 years old, smoker and occasional drinker, African American.

A few years ago I saw what appeared to be a small lump on my thigh. It looked like a lymph node. I went to the doctor to schedule a MRI but my insurance denied it because I had a previous MRI either last year or the year before that showed everything was normal in that area. Fast forward a week. The bump disappeared, but I am having pain in that area and my other thigh.

Even worse than that, I’m having penis pain that sometimes come on when I smoke so I stopped but it’s still there. The pain in my thighs could range from dull/aching to burning. The pain in my penis feels like there is an injury. I admit I masturbate but not to the point of injury. I have a doctor appointment scheduled again for this Friday to see if I can get another test, but I truly don’t know what’s going on. It’s important to know that I took amoxicillin and ibuprofen for the pain before it became bad. I’m not sure if that may have any thing to do with what’s going on but just thought that I would mention it. It’s the only medication I took in the past month
