Pain in penis shaft and tingles after stone laser surgery

About 5 days ago I had laser surgery to Blaster kidney stone.

No last night I developed a horrible Sensation I woke up in the night when my penis is gone erect with severe pain which felt like inside the middle or the bottom of my shaft.

As soon as my penis when down this pain subsided.

I have a constant tingling in the area and it always feels like I need a wee.

When I came out of hospital the doctor prescribe me antibiotics which I have been taking.

My urine is starting to clear up but this feeling came on over the past couple of days.

I do have a stent in my kidney however nothing is in my bladder.

Could this be scar tissue or has anybody else had this problem as I have spent days looking on the internet and find nothing.

Help will be massively appreciated

    Have you any idea when the stent will be removed? You could contact the hospital again.

    I had kidney stones removed by keyhole at beginning of December and had stent in for a week.

    Thought I was doing fine but have another urinary tract infection now and GP thinks the stones have come back!!

    I waited all last year to have stones removed, really cannot go through all this again.

    Hope this settles down for you.

    Hi sarah. No thats terrible.

    My stent has been taken out the 6th of February.

    My doctor already provided me with antibiotics which admittedly I were taking only one or two a day when I should have been taking 3 but none less I wouldn't have thought I would have got an infection this easily.

    The urge to pee now is horrendous I am due to visit the doctors again on Monday however this tingling and odd Sensation is just getting worse I have been taking my antibiotics for a day for 2 days as well now and nothing has improved.

    Such a horrible thing these kidney stones and what they cause

    Hello again Sarah.

    Just to add once you have had kidney stones you are likely prone to UTIs.

    I wouldn't have thought kidney stones would come back back quickly.

    Everyone keeps telling me I just need to drink more to get rid of an infection if it is one. I've drank so much today I feel sick.
