pain in right ovary. transvaginal amd pelvic ultrasound CLEAR, physical exams CLEAR. HELP

At least 3-5 times a day I get a little sharp pain in what I believe to be my right ovary. It doesn't last long, usually at most 5 minutes. I had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound at the beginning of last month and all they found we're some benign follicles. My OBGYN performed 2 physical exams and did not feel anything or see anything suspicious. Last time I went to my OBGYN (2 weeks ago for unrelated reasons), I briefly mentioned it and she said it's probably a cyst and that's when she did the second exam. I even felt around the area myself and there was nothing!. I don't know if this is exactly my ovary. It's only ever on my lower right side. Sometimes the pain Is right above my vagina, but sometimes it's a little bit higher but still considered my lower right abdomen. It especially starts to hurt if I sit, stand, or lay in a weird position but sometimes I could be completely straight and it happens. It isn't too severe, but it does still hurt. Usually it only hurts for a few seconds but it can last up to about 2 minutes. I am 20 years old (just turned 20 in June) and have never had issues like this before! Anyway, sorry for my rambling. What could this be? Cysts, follicles? endometriosis? Pcos? Cancer? Please help me!

If I had to guess it could be a cyst.  I would get a second opinion or see a specialist if possible.

    Good luck!!!

It's ok. Most of us do that here when we have something going on with our bodies and want to know anything because we are freaking out. Nobody wants to have anything bad in there body. I totally understand you because I'm the same way.

All I can tell you from my experience with cyst lately is that your symptoms are much like mine, except I have a constant pain but then it hurts more sometimes.

I went to the emergency room and they did another ultrasound and found cyst (I already knew) and ER Dr. said is hard to tell, but need to follow up with my gyn because it sounds like endomitriosis.
