Pain in right side testis and buttock

Hello, i have been experiencing bearable low pain on right side testis and buttock. This pain persists whenever i sit or lie down. The pain goes away when i am walking or standing.

My right side testis is larger than the left one and has certain soft tissue type formation on the upper end of the same.

When i press or tap the testicle, i feel the same pain when i am either sitting or lying.

Please guide about this issue.
