Pain in right temple

HI Everone

I Will Start with my pain in my right temple , my headace started yesterday and never gone away but the pain is in the right temple today , I Dont know if all my symptoms are related but have had pain in lower back for about two weeks now as well like joint stiffness , fell like i am going crazy with all my proplems . Cant help but worrry about my pain in my temple . Any one had anything like this please . I Am a female aged 59 .
