Pain in right testicle,mild pain in back and sometimes near pelvic region

Months before a mild pain started to occur radiating through my lower back to testicle and upper portion of leg after frequent arousals and after masturbating.it had occurred to me since 5 months.But 3 days ago when I came back to home after playing soccer, the pain again started to take place but this time it was a little bit intense and it had not gone since then.I have nerve pain near upper thigh and very mild pain in the lower back(right side).My right testicle is not so much inflamed but can feel the pain at its back.I searched it on internet and came to two conclusions that it might be nerve pain or epidimitis.I felt that one of my affected testicle was hanging more low than usual and felt a nerve just right above it that was swollen more than my left testicle.It is more inflamed when I check it in morning.No pain is caused while urinating but my urine is more yellow and very slightly reddish.I can't find out what's the problem.Maybe I think that it's because of some infection or something.I've had mumps which was the only viral infection that I have suffered since 2 years. My age is 17 years.
