Pain in scrotum above testicle.

Hi all,

having a slight issue at the moment with what feels like a dull ache in my scrotum on the right side above my testicle feels constant when i walk and sit or lay. feels like a lump. Been on and off for about 3 weeks now. Been to the doctors examined me said nothing alarming and tested my urine and all came back fine. Said i may have a groin strain and maybe epydimitis and gave me a course of antibiotics. fast forward 2 weeks and dull ache is still there. booked back into the doctors and got checked again and couldnt find anything and has put it down to a groin strain? ive attached a photo as to where the aching is localised too and i can feel slight swelling there.

dont normaly post online however getting very fed up. just wondering if anyone may have any ideas?

    did your doctor check for a varicocele is like a varicose vein in testicle it feels like a bag of worms it cause aches and a dragging sensation in the groin it's quite painful there's not that much you can do about it surgery is an option but scrotal support
