So I've had this issue for nearly 2 years . 28 years old no previous medical issues.its started out the blue October 2014 frequency was noticing going to the toilet often anyway this carried on for 1 month but eventually sorted itself out I go to pee 3-5 times a day do not need to get up during night I also do not have any pain in bladder my pain is predominantly in scrotum also in the veins of scrotum which only gets relived by urinating this again builds up after few
hours.also I get a pins and needles feeling in scrotum and starts to feel tight .do not have pain during sex.i have seen few urologists in the past also have had all scans cystocopy but no diagnose this is effecting my quality of life.if anyone on here has any useful information people do not hesitate to message me.i have done a lot of research on the internet but have not found anything with similar symptoms to me.thanks

Hi Shak
Your pelvic pain can be treated by a Physiotherapist specialising in this area. Dr Ruth Jones is a leading light here in the UK, have a look at Cerian Life. She is brilliant. Read around her work, she is well published. I was at a conference in Walsall a few weeks ago and her work on Pelvic Pain, together with a Physio called Bill Taylor in Edinburgh is amazing. The symptoms you suffer are well known to them and sadly GPs/Uros aren't always as knowledgeable, which is why men like you can go for years/unnecessary surgery/medication without relief.
Good Luck

Hello Stephanie, thanks for the reply I will check out cerian life..I once tried going down that route but i think I need a specialist who deals with pelvic pain not just a normal physio..they didn't have a clue so I stopped going.i will call DR Ruth and see what she says.looking online lots of diseases come up prostitats(my symptoms don't match) then we have interstitial cystits(my symptoms don't match this either apart from scrotum pain relief after urinating but I don't have frequency or bladder pain) again I appreciate the reply maybe this can point me towards the right way.if anyone else has an opininon please comment.

Yep, you are right Shak, you have to have a specialst Physiotherapist, otherwise you'll not resolve this, and you'll become even more despondent with another failure.
Ruth Jones is your woman, she is briliant.

Hi Richard thanks for the reply.yes I have been looking into PN but again with the above comments I think I need to see a specialist in pelvic pain to see if they can help me...I have tried connecting a few they are very expensive to pay privately and I don't think they are many on NHS who specialise with my pain
