Pain in shoulder after bicep surgery

I'm 22 and have been working out since 16. I've always had issues with my left shoulder. I would alter my workout to accommodate this, but nothing that took me away from the gym. But around 2 years a go I've had an injury in my left shoulder after doing dips on parallel bars where I felt a snap in the front part of my shoulder. After that anything that was upper body was out of the question. Even a few angled push ups or a few bicep curls would be too much. As where I would feel pain in the front part of my bicep. So I had surgery for what was believed a bicep tendinitis that wasn't able to be fixed with non surgical methods. I underwent a bicep tenodesis for the shorthead part of the bicep on Oct 3, 2016. Recovery felt fine and I felt as though I recovered on time. I started to get back into lightly working out slowly after 4 months. It seems any pushing movement (chest, triceps) causes pain if my form isn't 100%. I also have pain in the front my shoulder during the day. So I was just wondering if this is normal or is there something else going on.
