Pain in side

I have been having problems with my sinuses for a couple of years now. I have sneezing fits during which I can't do anything and I am also leaking urine during these. A few days ago when I sneezed my left side hurt. It still hurts when I sneeze but is also giving me some twinges at other times, has anyone else experienced this.

I have had Ryhinitis since May 2013 which now gives me sinus trouble. I do get the odd back and tummy pain from blowing my nose, doesn't (mucous in nose) shift much. The bladder thing though, I would think you need to do some pelvic excersises, bit like holding your wee, when passing it. Do this lots of times during the day, while not in the loo, just holding tight down below, and holding that feeling as long as you cn and slowly, release muscle down there. You will find that helps and you won't leak while sneezing.

Thank you, I have been trying to do the pelvic exercises but so far no good (maybe I am not doing them right). Will keep trying, thanks again x

what the doctor say, where are you? The information of this clinic might help http:// allergy-ireland.ie . OI need to make clear I was never their patient but their information was priceless.

I'm in Scotland. The doc gave me anti biotics a couple of years ago as I was having a lot of headaches as well as dizzy spells and sneezing. All cleared up apart from the sneezing so doc says there must be something that's triggering it but don't know what.

I will check out the website, thank you x
