I have terrible pain in my stomach have had it for weeks am having a scan on the 11 of April scared it is cancer have had dioreah and constipation in same week doc has put me on oral morphine any advice what it could be

HI MISHY, you could have ulcers or even irritable bowel syndrome just to name a couple. Just wanted to respond to your message as I know how distressing dealing with health issues can be. You are doing the right thing getting the scan and lets hope it will bring you some answers!! My best wishes are with you and sending a hug along too. Good luck.
