So, I've noticed that if I have sex daily for a week or so, and then go a day without, my testicles will begin to ache. It's mild, and particularly severe when I walk around. The same happens with masturbation. I don't believe I'm being too rough on them, as some articles suggest, but I suppose that's possible.
Is this normal? I can't seem to find any answers regarding this.

its lingering pain in the muscle after ejaculation because the ducts carrying sperm to the penis which have a muscular coat. This can go into spasm causing pain. As this only happens during ejaculation it can cause after pain its not serious
