Pain in the ankle after 7months of arthroscopy surgery

In April 2019, I fell into a hole and my ligaments were depleted. Nevertheless, after almost 3 months of regular physio, I became quite healthy again and I could easily wear heels and dance. I have been super active and used to dancing for quite some hours.

Nevertheless, as of March 2020, I experienced severe pain in the same ankle(left) and I had to visit a surgeon. I was diagnosed with os trigonum and I had to go through ankle arthroscopy surgey in late July 2020. My surgeon told me that the surgery went well. I started my physio in almost 40 days after surgey.

However, my ankle is still the same with even sometimes worse pain than before the surgery. Exercises relieve the pain for 1day, but then again I have pain. I am even so much afraid of high heels now! My pain is constant these days:( I have lost all the motivation for dancing and I am super worried if my condition will remain forever like this and if I can ever be back to intense sport and dancing.

MRI didn't show anything in December 2020 and my ankle looked normal.

Is there any hope I can recover this pain??? (in scale of 0-10, the pain is near 6 or 7. it circulates around back, heel, malleoulus and I hear lots of clicking and there is a lot of stiffness)

Thanks a lot!
