Pain in the left testicle

Hey all, I'd be grateful if you could give me some advice. A week ago I started feeling pain in the left testicle - not too much, just come constant pain. Everything else seems to be ok with my body, it's just that the pain is there. I used some pain-relief gels and it seems to pospone the pain for a bit, but then it comes back again. It also might be irrelevant but I feel tired most of the time. Any idea what it might be - there doesn't seem to be any sort of swelling or lumps, though one of the testicles is higher than the other(I think it has always been that way) and they seem to move quite freely around the ball sack. I am worried that it might be a torsion - any medical advice is appreciated.
