Hi there! The second day I feel pain in my right testicle when I touch it. But with an erection the pain is much less. The colour of the scrotum hasn't changed. The size of the testicles is the same. I've never had a problem with the genitals. Some information: I'm 18 - 21, masturbate 4-5 times a week.

Likely an infection and/or STD, visit your doctor. The sooner the better.
