Pain in the testicles

Hello

About 2 months ago i completed a 29 day course for doxcycline then a month ago i went for Urinalysis, Full HG and VDRL check up....apparently all turned negative and since i had experienced discharge and pain while urinating i was given Treatment for Gonorrhoea and Trich of:

Flaggyl 23 for 7 days

Ibroprufen 13 for 3 days

Norflaxicinin 1*2 for 2 days

althou i was not told of Ibroprufen should not be taken by Nor....I did so unknowingly

so apparently after taking the drugs i started feeling some dull pain from the upper side

of my right thigh just before the genitals to my knee joint.

of late the pain has has started advancing to my right testical and am worried

though the pain does not occur frequently its just worrying since its starts when am seated.....

i also realized that after taking the drugs i had painful while urinating and some slight pain in the anus.....

i can feel the pain up now...1 month after

any advice please
