Pain in throat and fingers

I've been getting pain in throat and my fingers for few weeks. unsure why both come the same time does anyone have any knowledge thanks

    what kind of pain? could you be more specific?

    both sides? one side? intensity? hard to swallow? persistent? comes and goes?

    more details please.

      hi the pain in both my hands tingling pain and it comes and goes so does the pain in my throat its like a sharp pain
