could it be my throaid I have pain when I touch my throat area and its tender I also have problems swallowing foods I have to cut them up in tiny pieces so I don't choke

What are you waiting for? Get to the doctor now. It could be your thyroid, cancer or a serious infection in your throat. Don't second guess this. Only a doctor will be able to answer your questions.
