I had an endoscopy 3 months ago and told I had inflamation in my stomach. A week later the biopsy came back and said I have H - Pylori infection. Took a 14 day triple antibiotic treatment. Been 2 months since I finished the treatment but the middle top of my abdomen hasn't healed. It hurts all the time but the neausea has , pretty .ugh gone. Can't eat any spices anymore. Anyway I've been having a heck of a time with this. Hope you get cured of the inflamation.

I have Esophagitis too. I have been drinking a lot of water and lots and lots of bananas, yogurt. Dairy free of course.

I took Omeprazole for 2 weeks, felt fine but came back 3 days after the treatment. I started taking them again and it only gave me diarrhea. So I'm just doing it naturally and just eating better. I'm Mexican and not having anything spicy is killing me lol

I quit smoking and stopped drinking coffee.

All I can say is you need to change your diet that's all.

chamomile with organic honey in the morning is the best thing ever! and whenever you're feeling that sore throat of the acid coming up have a spoonful of honey it feels amazing.

mmm what else. well I guess that's it for now. I'm going back to the dr. in October to see how I'm doing. but so far I lost weight and I feel better.

I hope you feel better. And if the Omeprazole works for you, then I wish you the best.

    Take care

I don't have inflamation in the esophagus. The inflamation is in my stomach. I think it all hurts and it's scary. I was diagnosed with H - Pylori. Took the treatment but I don't know if the pain in my abdomen will ever go away. I am a 70 yr old male living in the U.S. My heart goes out to you.
