Pain in upper left breast not under chest plate

Some years back I had an accident in my vehicle where the seat belt strap actually cause some pain since then I've been having this pain pretty much where the sea Bill crosses from left to right starting at the shoulder going down to the breast the pain is never under the chest plate always on top a sharp sometimes burning pain and I am a smoker which I have cut back down on seriously because I thought maybe it was affecting my lung after several doctor visits nothing was ever found to be wrong however I continue to have this pain sometimes it scares me because I also was diagnosed with anxiety several years ago so once the pain starts the anxiety kicks in and I do strange thing. I'm constantly checking my blood pressure which never exceeds like 130 over 80 or 129 over 70 it bothers my fiance a lot and again whenever I go to the doctor there's never seems to be anything wrong could the accident be the cause of the problem could I be developing fibromyalgia should I be concerned that there is a underlining heart problem and again it's never in the center of my chest never feels close to my heart on several occasions I have called an ambulance and they tell me the exact same thing your heart is not in your shoulder or by your shoulder blade
