pain in vertebra after sport

Posted , 1 user is following.

Good morning,

since 4-5 months, every time I do a small sport activity (a short run, some home exercises), I feel pain in the vertebra T10-T11. The pain comes in the evening or the following day, especially in extension of the back. Later the pain spreads to all the middle back, and goes away in 3-4 days.

This happens every time I try again to do a small physical activity.

I am 28, the doctors already excluded hernia as a cause. One week of treatment with voltaren has not solved the problem. This problem is preventing me to do sport, and at my age it is really frustrating. Also, there was no clear cause, but the problem just appeared.

I would appreciate to receive a feedback. Are there any solutions to the problem?

Thanks in advance
