Pain inner labia

I have been in pain from this cut like sores in my inner labia. Checked w gynae and no help ! These cuts are painful and hard on touch, please help i am despeeates.

hi!! I'm having the same problem currently been feeling like i got cut on both my inner labia. No sores or bleeding. I have an appointment tuesday with my doc and blood test wednesday. I'll update and lyk what they say.
