Hi marisol
I've had this and it was sciatica. I don't have periods so no link there for me, but it was pain in my lower back, down my butt cheek and then wrapping around and down the front of my leg. I used pain killers and stretching exercises to just take the pressure off. Can also be helpful to lie in the floor with your legs on the sofa. Hope it gets better soon xx

I get this too. Right leg pain, pain in lower back, groin. Numbness in leg.
Doctor said its sciatica. The pain can last weeks or days. And yes I guess it's meno related.

Yes I had bad lower back pain & MRI results showed I have a little slip disc issue. I couldn't bend forward & squatting was difficult. Did a few physiotherapy sessions & I am completely pain free now. I believe very much it is due to perimenopause. This is 1 of the many horrendous symptoms I have ever since peri started 3 years ago. Life sucks but we need to stay strong & positive.

It sounds like sciatica, I had this for the first time in menopause, it seems to come and go!
