Pain medications for anal fissure pain

hello-

has anyone had luck with pain killers for anal fissure pain?

if so, please share medication and dosage that worked.

narcotics cause constipation, so they are out, plus their other dangers in long term use.

    naproxen has helped me a lot, it seems to help with the muscle spasms

    also paracetamol, I take a lot less now, some days none at all, i was up to 8 a day!

    any other day I was using muscle relaxant . yes they do cause caustip. but I was only taking them just after a bw. eat a good amount of fibre and drink lots and lots of water. also apply sudocream like 5 times at day. good luck
