Pain on bending 15 months post THR

I had my left hip replaced 15 months ago , all went well and I observed all precautions for the stipulated 12 weeks .I have found since that time that when I bend from the waist going past that 90 degrees (for example to pick up something up off the floor or stoop to a cupboard) I get an intense pain around the joint as I come back up.Its always when I pass that 90 degrees to standing.I assumed for some time it was a healing pain but 15 months on its still there and also more intense.I haven't had my 12 month follow up due to Covid restrictions post op but am now pushing that with the hospital

In the meantime I would be interested if anyone else has has similar or any just thoughts on this.

Many Thanks Natalie

I had mine three months ago and always seem yo be dropping things so need to pick them up. I do seem to be fine even though I dislocated my hip when I was still in hospital after the op. I do find at night when I am lying down I get awful pain in my groin and on the front of my thigh though.
