Pain on Decapectyl and livial -feels like cyst

I've recently been diagnosed with extensive endometriosis. I'm on a 6 month course of decapeptyl injections and Livial kickback before another surgery to hopefully remove some adhesions. I started in December and feel ok so far. No periods and no pain for two months (amazing!) My tummy became very swollen on Sunday and i felt pain in my side. Its been coming and going since then. Mostly in the evening and its not too sore but there's that noticeable twinge in my side. Im worried the decapeptyl hasn't 'shut' things down like it should. Im quite gassy too and i'm thinking its just that. Any other ladies here that were on these meds? thanks
