Pain on labia minora

I had thrush a few times recently after being on antibiotics. I got it again this weekend and started icatranazole tablets, which I am still on. However, Sunday night I developed this soreness on my labia and it has gotten to be very painful. I used coconut oil on the labia all day Tuesday and Wednesday, and that brought the pain from a 6/10 to a 0/10 by yesterday evening. However, I then developed swelling, hotness etc. inside my vagina, which let me know it hated the CO.

What could this be? I can't get into my doc till next Thursday.
