Pain on sides of Testicles

I’m 17 and I really like masturbating a lot but lately when I do it kinda hurts on the sides next to my testicles, there is no friction marks or anything and I do have a habit of jacking off in my underwear but other than that and getting oral down there buy a guy who would i would imagine knows how to handle the sensitive parts down there nothing seems to alerting any issues to cause pain, I’ve tried cooling cream but usually that just dries up
