Pain or what I think is burning in my urethra

There is no pain/burning when i pee. There is no trouble when i pee normal feelings when im passing urine. The pain or burning stops when i drink any amount of water, Which im rushing to the toliet right afterwards drinking that cup of water. Ive had tests pap smears that doesnt show any signs of infection n my vagina. Ive had uti and bv yeast infections and my test for Hpv/cancer was negative
