Pain, pain and more pain

Hi everyone. I've had a bad week. Pain, pain and more pain. Stiff joints and agitated. Im clumsy dropping things, skin feeling like something crawling on me, and now i have a balled spot in the center of my head. Saw PCP today, said it's my nerves. I ware my hair natural for years now with a short cut. 

Can anyone tell me if they have these thing going on???? Can anyone tell me what I can do about my hair?????😓😓

    I’m actually experiencing the crawling sensation and my lupus effects my legs so I’ve been getting a rash.  I also noticed the back bottom portion of my hair thining out. I just wear wigs now.

    What I normally do is take some Kratom or NASIDs. But the Kratom is amazing it just test horrible but all of my pain how’s away.
