Hello Ladies, I wake up with terrible muscle pain in my back lower and upper, along spine both sides and bending, turning is painful. feels like I worked in a field .
also knee pain. Anyone please to share if you have same pain ?

yes, I am dealing with the same thing the low part of back is so sore upper back the pain going in coming. it hurt. have had the shortness of the breath I have ringing in the ears I wake up all through the night. you not a long sweetheart and my weight goes up and down.

thank you for reply, sorry you have to deal with all this. I had ear ringing in the beginning of all this, I lost weight when symptoms started but now I gained a lot and I dont know how to loose it , Im not on any hormone pills or any treatment,,, hope This weight goes away soon .. 😦 I cant take this all anymore I am falling apart , my buttock left side hurts my back right side hurts , my knee are weird I cough a lot and sometimes I have such sudden fatigue , Im bloated look like 9 month pregnant 😦 my feet and hands swell mornings... so many things ...arghhhhh ❤ much Love

I have lower back pain, neck aches all the time, elbow shoulder pain and also knee pain. All joint pain. My legs ache at times like there is the flu in them. It all sucks! Have all the other awful peri symptoms too. I'm 43 and didn't think the 40s would feel like this. My symptoms started when I turned 40 but got extremely bad last year. Went to my doctor and told her my symptoms and all she said that's weird and told me its not perimenopause. Some of these doctors are useless and just make you mad. I come on here to get reassurance that I'm not going crazy. Take care! ❤

oh, Im sorry 😦 my gyn also said blood is good not peri, Im 43 also started at 40 ... we know better our bodies we dont need med school for 13 years to know whats wrong

currently dealing with this. Trapped nerve for 6 months and then this last two weeks lower back pain along with hip pain!!!
Now having to take time off work.
Headache daily and periods are so sporadic.
Purchased suppliments in a hope to ease symptoms.

my nerve pain is horrible, it statted with spasm in buttock , vaginal and rectal area ... it was hell... I saw tons of Doctors , many tests done, I even lost gluteus muscle mass on left buttock, was thinking I have ALS but Mayo and JHopkins said NO ALS , i was thinking its MS too but No MS ... now I understand how scared and silly I was but I did not know peri causes all this and also never thought about 😦 hope this all ends soon.

yes this is me to, hip pain in both hips, ankle tendon pain shoulder pain, knee occasionally and teeth hurt, and more recently golfers elbow in both arms!! I feel 80 not 53 😳
