Pain/spasms/after knee replacement surgery

Posted , 2 users are following.

I had my right knee replaced 2-6-18.

I am 54.

Since leaving the hospital, I have slept one night pain free. Believe this was due to 2 benadryl and 2 flexerails.

I get spasms inevery part of my legs. Also in arms and chest.

I exercise daily, bike, rowing machine, and walking 2 miles. Pain feels like electricity stays a firm pain for 2-3 minutes.

I take flexerial, valium, pain meds. I have used cold ice packs, and heating pads.

The MD,I see thinks it's, I don't work. I have little to no stress.

I am tired of pills,

Any ideas? Thoughts.
