Pain under left breast and arm

20 min ago I started getting this awful squeezing pain in my left side chest. I was sitting down so I stood up. But then the pain spread through my left arm and palm along with left jaw. I feel like I can’t breathe and my arms are shaking. My chest is still hurting. I don’t know if this is some cardiac issue because I’m 22 years old. I feel like passing out. I don’t know if it’s from stress or from the bug spray I used in my room (there was a cockroach but I went overboard with the spray so I inhaled some of it. I turned on the fan to let it out). It’s scaring me 😕 I feel nauseous in my chest as well.

Update: My anxiety went away but the pain is still there. It spread through my right chest now and left palm.my left arm feels like it’s being squeezed. I also feel like something is running across my left chest?
