PAIN UNDER RIBS

First of all let me start by saying I’ve have not been diagnosed with any form of cancer and my thoughts and prayers are with all you strong people beating this awfull disease SOLDIERS ok so I’m a 26 year old male and I’ve been getting pain under my left and right rib cage and allso lower bk since xmas I’ve had flat stool aswell sometimes flat sometimes normal I allso hear a lot of strange sounds coming from my gut all day gassy noises I’ve had a blood test done all clear and feacle blood test my doctor has assured me she believes it’s IBS however I am very worried some days as the pain is worse than other days I don’t think my fear helps the pain looking for opinions / help / answers I do have another gp app on Friday to discuss my progress with the colofac she has perscibed me

    Gareth I also have noises in my stomach sometimes doctor go to the most apparent reasons for symptoms I'm not a doctor and am not saying anything is wrong but peace of mind is everything it's rare for a younger person to get colon cancer hope that eases your mind but be diligent if things get worse

      Gareth I was diagnosed last year with ibs but I'm now having other problems that are gastric in nature unfortunately they just found a cyst on my pancreas Not saying you have something to worry about but please don't shrug this off if it persists be assertive with your go

      Hi Gareth it started out as gas that was trapped that wouldn't dispel with noises that sound like my stomach was growling from hunger but it wasn't hunger and changes in stool it went from loose to constipation my pains started low but now I have pain under the breast bone into the back and I feel full very quickly and stomach is very distended by the end of the day along with fatigue but it was weird because after eating when it all started it felt like liquid was rolling through my stomach like someone was surfing in there

    It could be just gas, it want hurt to try gas x, just to see if it would help.
