Ask for an endoscopy to look for gastritis which can cause breathlessness and ribcage pain.  Does the pain come on after eating?  Try a food diary to see if you have food triggers which is common with gastritis.  Costochondritis also causes ribcage pain.

No the pain is constant. Doesn’t matter what I eat. Always sore around the area. But it goes from a 2 to sometime a unbearable 10.

I had unbearable pain with costochondritis and it was constant.  Tingling and numbness sounds like neuropathy which I also have.
