Pain when moving eyes side to side, up and down

Since late Friday early Saturday I've been experiencing pain while moving both of my eyes side to side or up and down, it hurts to move them to the edges of my vision and it hurts way more if I do it fast, which only happens on accident.

Initially I thought it may been because of a fever I developed over the weekend, which I believe are Covid symptoms, I was tested and I should be getting the results later today. The problem is that my eyes have not improved since, and I'm worried there may be some inflammation and that it can leave permanent damage. I called my eye doctor but he can't see me until next Monday, that's a week from now! So I'm getting scared if this is gonna get worse and it's going to damage my vision. What should I do? Is it ok to wait until next Monday? It would be at least 10 days since the pain started. Should I try to see if another eye doctor is available or is this ER matter? I'm scared I might wait too long.

I've been having similar issues like you. are you sure the pain is in your eyes? since October my right eye hurts to look up down left right. but I'm nearly 100% that the issue is my upper eyelid.
