Pain when sitting

Posted , 5 users are following.

I've just hit the 6 month point and all was going well. A couple of weeks ago I started to get pain in the hip when I sit down. It's getting worse and I'm worried. I only get it going down not getting up and not having any problems walking.

Any ideas?

    I would let my orthopedic surgeon be aware of this new type pain you are experiencing. TC Vickie

    hi julie,

    how annoying ... is it pain pain or discomfort ? once you sit , does it go away?

    maybe a muscle ? just guessing here - redface

    how is your walking ? are you in balance or perhaps leaning a bit - i am asking this because I (still) at times, I wobble ... usually when I am rushing ..

    is it swollen or painful when you touch the spot?

    let us know okay?

    big warm hug

      Thank you for your reply. I am going today to see a new physio so I will let you know what he has to recommend . Perhaps I will get new exercises to do which will help.
