Posted , 4 users are following.

Have had an X-Ray to see if anything showed with my back but was all okay, So now why am i still in pain every day at work where the SI joint is then in my knee and groin it never stops no matter what i do and am trying to get through the day on Co-codomal which isnt so good but anything to get my work done. Doing the exercises i got but no. So is there anyone that knows what to do to ease this ?

Thank you

While it is human nature to want to have a name to put to your pain there are probably millions of people in the world who do not have a clear answer as to why they hurt. all the Imaging we have today is great but I do believe it misses things in some people. I also know for a fact that radiologist miss things and if your doctor is the kind of doctor that goes by the report rather than the Imaging then there's a chance that something could have been missed. I have suffered from chronic lower back pain for almost 15 years. For most of that time I had a very small issue that they said was probably the pain but it sure hurt more than what the results showed. Now my back is all screwed up but that's from other issues. stop trying to find answers and just try to find ways to cope with the pain and work. keep moving because stopping is the worst thing you can do. I've had a lot of success with physical therapy keeping me mobile but not reducing my pain. So try not to think of physical therapy as a way to reduce your pain. get yourself a TENS unit and wear it at work. it works great while it's on but it does not work if you're not wearing it. you can buy them on Amazon for around $30 US. you can also talk to your physical therapist about it. he/she may be able to sell you one or at least explain emerge to place the electrodes to get you the relief you need. you also mentioned something about SI joint pain . if it is your SI joint that's causing your pain then an SI belt might work for you to use at work. I bought one and they're very uncomfortable to wear but mostly because I'm very overweight . I think if you're not overweight (in other words if you don't have a big belly like me) it'll be a lot more comfortable . It sits down closer to your hips and it is not the same thing as a back brace which you should not wear on a regular basis . I hope you get some benefit out of what I've said. Good luck to you!

MRi pretty Easy your can munch your way through a mountain of codien or what ever muppet on her tells you they are on but if its nerve pain then nerve pain pills you will want but if you want to take pills like a headless chicken put belts on for what reason who knows they might look good but 10-15 years on pills and if someone says this and they cant say bosh S1 rootnerve impindgment is why i am on pills then all need go get there chyristal balls out for you now no one will want you to get an MRi as it shows up to much stuff so its up to you pop pills on all guessing or be happy and think arrr you will open a whole new world of nerve pain and the root cause of your pain groin pain leg pain what ever pains if you have had it for 6 months then cheep and best way is if it is S1-L1 disks go see which nerves head of in which direction to diffrent places it does not mean opererate but conserve it better and you can understand it better and deal with it better see what i mean , sounds like half witt talk when someone says back pain max pills and they cant say more then back pain

see nerve pain they use low dose amatrirylin nerve pain its a different type of pain nerve pain hit it with different pills,

but how and why you take pills you need no why and where the pain is coming from see,

easy if muscle or that lot then different pills but i am no doctor but your G.p cant say look you have this and give you pills after pills , THEY CAN AND DO and the dummys that cant sleep like if you look at that picture who find out nerve pain pills work better , better if you know if its a nerve to start with see , i am no doctor but lots of nerve pain, i do take the codien but i have had the operations , the epidural steroid injections and what do they do or are they to do , take the pressure of the nerve , just saying after 6 months of pain you want to know after 6 months what is causing the pain and be at one with it,

tick it of say that is that look after it like that conserve it like that .

gives you to much pain and had the steroid injections then move on but you should know why your taking pills for .

say it to your DR say i think its nerve pain had it for two long need it investigated further, say if its nerve pain then arr these the right pills say to her put it on paper saying she is giving these pills and you have told him or her you think its nerve pain laughing out loud dont say i said that but they wouldnt as they are nit specialists in backs or nerve pain but life is to short to be stuck in pain and a pain you do not know what it is , i am saying it should be 6 months though really thats enough though isnt it

You are lucky to have got MRI as it is impossible now for them to give me that. I have been waiting 3 months to see a NHS Physio although when was paying for one before she took 2minutes to say SI joint was out she swung my leg then gave it a tug and that was it back in, cost £30 but i was happy at the time thinking i was free of pain however 2 days later went back as pain again. Was told it was back out so same thing again the tug of the leg, she says its back in now dont come back Ha crazy but since then still no change apart from constant pain when working. I will see doctor again and ask once more about it and mention i think its nerve pain. All they do is throw pills after pills at you but i find out Physio is not any better will just get a bit of paper with exercises

bless i dont wish cause issues and an MRi isnt a magic wand . type in sciatica and you will see me writing a little story day by day,

10 years with a bad back chyropract ,

its the last call an operation .

once operation level then its not a nice path to go down so dont jump at an MRi to quick try a bit more physio and anything else like i say me 10 years stenosis if i spelt it right.

shot gun blast i am dealing wish laughing out loud conserve is the word . i am conserving .

being able to walk is good but last saloon an operation and its only to conserve sorry take it easy once a bad disk it needs conserving not lucky not lucky one little bit sorry ten years is not lucky .

3 months is a blip you need to be limping in constant pain for 6 months before an x-ray . go see what i went through in my operation and shot gun blast pain . click on my name there and see me talk from day one of my operation and you will say lucky no lloyd you will say no not lucky 10 years spent chyropracts so i know what you going through and sorry to here and wish all the best as sciatica is horrible and it grinds you down, i will show some pictures you and you will say ummmm no not lucky and you will say conserve if you can and do all you can before pushing for operations ,

a epidural steroid injection might work but 6 months easy in pain you have to be in i wasnt lucky to get an MRI DONE .paid for my first MR I AND OPENED A CAN OF WORMS AFTER 10 years £10000 easy i have spent over 10 years at chyropracts so not lucky 😃 £300 for an MRi pay for it your self and they tell you privrate but NHS THEY ARE GOOD as over flowed with back pain i have back pain .

numb foot operation big operation but i can walk still pain still numb foot but its not going to get worse for a fair few years do you see what i mean once you start its on the system and more heading your way type of thing in years to come so conserve id my tip show a picture of my back operation and you will say ---- no lloyd you ant lucky 😃
