recently ive noticed it has been super painful to have sex doggie style and my vulva swells a little making it harder to put it in. ive been tested for any stds and everything that could cause this, dont know if anyone has advice to give. and if we switch positions it still is painful just not as bad

Sex should not be painful. where do you experience the pain ... the vulva, inside the vagina?

so this went away for a while & i forgot about this website and the pain and everything is now back like it was two years except bumps around opening of vulva & burnings when pee. got bumps and everything after i used a condom with boyfriend

The bumps and such are slightly suspicious but is impossible to say without pictures. The symptoms match some sort of latex/condom sensitivity. Does it only happen when condoms are used?

Do you use plenty of lubricant? Also do you have any skin tags at the entrance to your vagina? They can almost feel like a knife if you have them. They can be removed by a gynaecologist.

Do you have any prolapses? They can often make sex difficult and painful.

Where do you feel the pain? Can you describe it? Sharp like a knife? Higher in the vagina?
