Pain with bowel movement

So i've had 4 hemorrhoids, and had all 4 removed...

But recently whenever i go to the bathroom, if i pass a large stool,

My Anus area will be sore,

I don't know if it's a fissure, if it's Raw Skin, and it just severly hurts.

Problem is everytime i h go to the restroom, i'll have pain, the pain lasts maybe 2 - 3 days if most...

And it goes away.... then 3 - 4 weeks later i'll have another episode,, and i'm just wondering has anyone else had this problem....

Mine started after my 2nd hemorrhoid was removed... My Guess is it's scar tissue since it can't stretch, but i dunno.. i am just curious if anyone else has had this problem..
