Painful and bleeding anus

Hello.
So about two weeks ago i noticed blood on the toilet paper after wiping. I thought it wasn't anything really serious so i just ignored it, but it didn't stop happening. Yesterday i saw a little bump on my anus which looked kind of bloody, and that made me worry. Today i noticed another one which is way bigger than the first one and looks purple. It's a little painful and itchy. I've read about it and i read it could be hemorrhoids or anus cancer, and i'm really scared and thats why i'm here. i'm attaching a picture of what it looks like. can someone tell me what is this ?

Looks like piles to me. If the blood is bright red it's not cancer. You could try a pile cream or supposotories. If they don't help, see your doctor but don't worry, these are very common.

Yes i would also say they are hemorrhoids.....go to pharmacy and they will suggest a hemorrhoid cream....

I went to the pharmacy and got a cream they recommended me. Thanks for your help guys!

Looks like a haemorrhoid; try some haemorrhoid ointment from your chemist first. Ice can also help to shrink them. Haemorrhoids can bleed and the blood is bright red. Don't read up on your symptoms because this can cause health anxiety. Instead, see your doctor for further advice if the problem doesn't go away.
